For years, many school and youth groups have been coming to Loon Lake Research & Education Centre for the time of their life! And the best part? They keep coming back!

Overlooking the lake and attached to the gymnasium, the Student Centre, which sleeps up to 55 people, is the most popular facility for the majority of our youth and school groups. If your group needs a little extra room, the Staff House and our newly built Johnson Cabins (Yew & Arbutus) are also great choices. All facilities have cozy lounge areas and great views of the surrounding forest and lake. Meals (always hearty and delicious) are served buffet style in the main dining hall.

All kinds of playing spaces are available. Your group will love the outdoor amphitheatre, forest trails, sports field, and outdoor adventure playground complete with a high and low ropes course*. Swimming or canoeing around the lake always provides hours of fun too! Need audio-visual equipment? We can provide that as well.
