Loon Lake Research and Education Centre makes every effort to make youth retreats an accessible and affordable experience. The rates reflected below are for Student Centre, Staff House, Alumni & Friends Cabin, and Thunder Inn.

Accommodation & Meals

Includes one overnight stay and 3 meals per person for youth in Kindergarten to Grade 12.

20-49 people	$64.60 per person / per night + HST
50-100 people	$60.20 per person / per night + HST

 

* Please note, the above charges relate to our regular camp menus. Additional charges for special dietary requirements or select menus will apply (approx. $3.00 extra per person, per day)

Overnight stays only (does not include meals)

Minimum 20 people

$42.60 per person / per night + HST

Additional Meals

Breakfast	$9.00 per person / per meal
Lunch	$11.00 per person / per meal
Dinner	$13.00 per person / per meal
Snack	$3.00 per person / per snack
(includes hot chocolate & cookies or juice & crackers)

 

* Please note that additional meals must be discussed with the group reservations coordinator.

Gymnasium

If your group is staying in the Student Centre, use of the gymnasium is complimentary. For groups that are staying in alternate cabins, the fee to use the gymnasium is $300 per day subject to availability.

Guided Recreational & Leadership Instruction

Canoe Rentals

Canoes may be rented for $25.00 per canoe per day or $200.00 for 10 canoes per day. Canoe rental includes life jackets and oars. Canoe rules must be followed. Waivers must be signed and received by Loon Lake in order to use the canoes.
All rates are subject to HST.
