If you'd like to make a reservation for a group retreat, meeting, or conference, you can use our online form to submit an inquiry. Be sure to provide as many details as possible.
After your inquiry is received, our reservations coordinator will contact you within 48 hours to discuss the particulars of your retreat.
If you prefer to speak directly with our reservations coordinator, please call our office at 604-463-8149 and we'd be happy to answer any questions you may have or to schedule a visit and tour.
Our reservations desk is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm, or you can call any other time and leave a message.

Loon Lake's Reservation/Cancellation Policy
Corporate/Adult Groups staying in Koerner Centre or the Johnson Cabins (Yew & Arbutus):
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. If your deposit is not received within 15 days we will assume that you have made other plans and will offer your dates to the next group on the waiting list.
• The balance of your retreat cost is due 1 month prior to your retreat date
• In the event of cancellation:
• If you cancel three or more months prior to your retreat date, 50% of your initial deposit will be refunded
• If you cancel less than three months prior to your retreat date, your deposit will be forfeited.
Youth Groups staying in Student Centre, Alumni & Friends, and Staff House:
• A non-refundable $500.00 deposit and a Visa/Master card number is required to secure your reservations. If your deposit is not received within 15 days we will assume that you have made other plans and will offer your dates to the next group on the waiting list.
• An additional non-refundable $500.00 deposit is required 60 days prior to your retreat date.
All deposits will be forfeited upon cancellation in the event that Loon Lake is unable to fill your retreat dates with another group. Alternatively, we can hold your deposit for a future retreat if held within a 12-month period.
