This is the 5th year of the Tree Yoga Retreat at Loon Lake. Rejuvenate your body, unburden your mind and lift your spirit with a weekend of yoga, hiking, meditation, SUP, and fantastic vegetarian meals.

Yoga options and workshop activities:
Yoga with Karen - Karen will have you moving, sweating and breathing like never before. You will have a creative mix of traditional and innovative yoga postures.
Hatha Yoga with Kavita – Kavita will lead you through a class that will strengthen the nervous system, promote alignment of the body, reduce stress in the body and the mind. Kavita is an internationally recognized E-RYT500 and Yoga Therapist and owner of Red Door Yoga.
Yin Yoga with Terry – Morning yin yoga classes to get your day started right.
Stand-up paddle boarding: Wendy from Wake Up Sup will teach you how to SUP safely and you will finish the class with yoga on the boards.
Aromatherapy workshop with Amy Reedman: Learn how to easily incorporate aromatherapy in to your daily life to support you when experiencing everything from headaches, digestion, hangovers, back pain, and stress to depression, anxiety, respiratory congestion, weakened immunity, bites, stings, and more!
Kirtan Chanting workshop: This is a casual gathering of open-minded souls for call and response chanting, also known as Kirtan. The practice of Kirtan, or Mantra Meditation, is a type of yoga in itself and has many of the mind-calming benefits of a yoga class or sitting meditation.
