If your group plans to stay in Koerner Centre, or Johnson Cabins, please contact the group reservations coordinator for rates. Rates for the Student Centre, Staff House, Friends & Alumni Cabin, Thunder Inn and the Johnson Cabins are listed below. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Accommodation & Meals
For the Student Centre, Staff House, Friends & Alumni Cabin, and Thunder Inn:
Includes one overnight stay and 3 meals per person. Meals will be served buffet style in the common Dining Hall.

Includes one overnight stay and 3 meals per person. Meals will be served buffet style in the common Dining Hall.

Gymnasium
If your group is staying in the Student Centre, use of the gymnasium is complimentary. For groups that are staying in alternate cabins, the fee to use the gymnasium is $300 per day subject to availability.
Guided Recreational & Leadership Instruction
Forest tours - Experience the legacy of 60 years dedicated to learning about forests and nature. Choose from a 1.5 hour or 3 hour guided tour led by UBC's Malcolm Knapp Research Foresters. Nine tour themes to choose from - discover Malcolm Knapp Research Forest during your stay .

Canoe Rentals
Canoes may be rented for $25.00 per canoe per day or $200.00 for 10 canoes per day. Canoe rental includes life jackets and oars. Canoe rules must be followed. Waivers must be signed and received by Loon Lake in order to use the canoes.
