A sampling of rates for Koerner Centre is included below. *Please note that rates vary depending on the number of participants in your group, arrival and departure times, menu selections, etc.
Accommodations & Meals
Shared occupancy , the rate ranges from $145 - $189* per person.
Private occupancy , the rate ranges from $178 - $222* per person.
Rates are subject to HST.

. Each room has a gorgeous lake or forest view, fine linens, and a study area with high-speed Internet access.
. Private bathroom with a shower, bath products and a hair dryer.
. Three meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared fresh daily by our in-house Chef (sample menus available on pages 7 & 8 in the Retreat Planner ).
. Refreshment break (mid-morning or mid-afternoon).
. Coffee and tea service throughout the day.

The Meeting Room
The rental fee for the Meeting Room is $300 per day. Meeting room discounts are available for groups staying with us for two or more nights.
Ask for the complete "Conference Package" and Loon Lake 's staff will ensure the meeting room is set to your specifications and the right equipment is in place at the time of your arrival.
Conference Package fee: $100
Includes:
. Room set to your specifications and stocked with conference supplies.
. Tool kit including scissors, stapler, tape, pens and a variety of other items.
. Continuous coffee, tea and water service throughout the day.
. Standard audio/visual equipment as requested to include: white boards with markers, 2 flip charts with markers, VCR and DVD player, TV, overhead LCD projector, wireless Internet, screen and podium with microphone. Additional AV equipment can be coordinated prior to your arrival and charged accordingly.

Guided Adventures & Leadership Instruction
Forest tours - Experience the legacy of 60 years dedicated to learning about forests and nature. Choose from a 1.5 hour or 3 hour guided tour led by UBC's Malcolm Knapp Research Foresters. Nine tour themes to choose from - discover Malcolm Knapp Research Forest during your stay .
Facilitated meetings and adventure-based programs - Enhance your retreat, professional development training, and strategic planning session at Loon Lake with Pinnacle Pursuits professionally designed workshops and activities. Gymnasium
Subject to availability, the gymnasium can be booked at an additional charge of $300/day.
Canoe Rentals
Canoes may be rented for $25.00 per canoe per day or $200.00 for 10 canoes per day. Canoe rental includes life jackets and oars. Canoe rules must be followed. Rentals must be pre-arranged as waivers need to be signed prior to your arrival.
